Coming from a very loving and community oriented family, Chris gained his passion for hospitality at a young age from working at his family run Soup Kitchen. It wasn’t your “run of the mill food-line” because instead,
his family taught him to treat everyone as if
“they were a guest in your home”.
Spending countless weekends from age 8 with his hand behind his back waiting tables at the Soup Kitchen, that passion followed him beyond college as he took
on various roles in many respectable Boston
restaurant groups including
Alpine Restaurant Group, Stones Group
and Mystic Restaurant Group.
Chris’s keen business sense together with his friend and business partner Chef Robert Jean’s unquestioned culinary ability to amaze creates the balance between a quest for absolute perfection and a warm inviting atmosphere where guests are treated as family.
